Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to Donatello at donatello.studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service availability

Donatello provides AI image, video, music and voice generation as an evolving online service. Features, supported models and capacity may be introduced, limited, changed or withdrawn as the product is improved. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person may not create accounts to bypass limits or enforcement.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Donatello to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• create or distribute exploitative, abusive, deceptive, non-consensual or non-consensual intimate content;
• create, upload, request or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material or other NSFW content, whether real or synthetic;
• create sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or any sexualisation of minors;
• create or distribute a deepfake or other manipulated media to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass or harm another person;
• impersonate a public or private person, or mislead people about the identity depicted or the AI-generated nature of content;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security, access controls or usage limits; or
• upload material you do not have the right to process through the service.

Before an image or video request reaches a generation provider, Donatello screens its prompt and any supplied reference images for prohibited sexual or NSFW content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive identity use, public-figure impersonation and other harmful content. Provider safety filters remain enabled as a second control. Generated media stays private until an independent post-generation review allows its release. A blocked or unavailable safety check prevents generation or delivery and does not consume credits. We may also remove content, restrict generation or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or legal compliance.

5. Your content and generated output

Donatello uses licensed third-party AI models and infrastructure. Public names such as Donatello Image v1, Donatello Fast/Quality, Donatello Music and Donatello Voice identify product engines inside the studio; they do not represent a claim that Donatello trained every underlying foundation model. Providers and underlying technologies may change while product capabilities remain available.

You retain your rights in prompts and input materials. To operate the service, you grant Donatello a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that material solely to provide, secure and improve the requested functionality.

Subject to applicable law, Donatello does not claim ownership of the output you generate. The existence and scope of rights in AI output can vary by jurisdiction.

Subject to these Terms, Donatello permits you to use and monetize outputs from the current Donatello Image, Motion, Music and Voice production routes for lawful commercial purposes, including client work, advertising, websites, products and monetized content. Donatello uses commercial production routes that permit this output use. Product Facts records the current capabilities and will identify a material change before a newly restricted route is presented as commercially usable.

Commercial-use permission does not grant rights in third-party material contained in an input or output, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, likeness or voice rights. It also does not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring your inputs and intended use are lawful. Commercial-use permission does not include using output to train, fine-tune, test or develop another AI model unless Donatello expressly confirms that separate right.

Donatello is not permanent file storage. Generated files, uploaded references and other creative media are automatically removed from Donatello storage 72 hours after they are stored. You are responsible for downloading anything you want to keep. My creations may continue to show lightweight metadata after the underlying file has expired.

Songs and voice audio follow the same 72-hour file-retention period. Provider capacity can delay or temporarily prevent generation, and an exact duration is not guaranteed when the selected music engine does not expose duration control.

6. Credits, prices and paid features

Free access with unlimited Relax Mode. No subscription required. Optional prepaid credits and automatic refill are available. Every account starts with free credits, eligible users may earn more through optional activities, and Relax Mode may provide lower-priority generation when its eligibility rules are met. Payment is not required to create an account. Generators use Donatello credits. An image costs between one and eight whole credits according to the exact rendering cost. Fast video costs 10 credits per requested second and supports 1–10 seconds; Quality costs 100 credits per requested second and supports 4, 6 or 8 seconds. Quality is available only while its production route is enabled. Music currently costs 25 credits per song; and voice generation costs at least one credit and scales with the UTF-8 size of the submitted text. A voice-design request costs 21 credits and may return up to four candidates; saving one candidate as a private voice has no additional creation charge. The relevant generator displays an estimate or exact reservation before a request is submitted.

Paid options are displayed on the Pricing page before checkout. The standard pack provides 2,500 credits for $5 USD. The larger pack provides 5,000 credits for $10 USD. Applicable taxes may be added or included according to your location and the checkout display.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid Donatello features. Dodo handles secure checkout, tax calculation, receipts, invoices, refunds and payment-method storage. Eligible payment methods may be saved to your Dodo customer profile after checkout and reused for faster purchases. Donatello receives a token and limited card details such as brand, expiry and last four digits; it does not receive or store the full card number.

Automatic refill is optional. When active, free and prepaid credits are always used first. If the available balance falls below the threshold you selected, Dodo charges the saved payment method for the credit pack you selected, plus applicable tax. Credits are added only after Dodo confirms payment. You can set a monthly spending limit and disable automatic refill from Pricing at any time. Disabling it stops new refills but does not reverse a payment already confirmed or being processed.

Users can earn credits through optional free activities when offers are available for their country, device and profile. Availability and reward amounts vary. If a compliant user has insufficient credits and no eligible activity is available, Relax Mode may accept the generation without credits and process it at lower priority.

Credits are reserved when Donatello accepts a generation request and consumed when the requested file is stored successfully. A final technical generation failure restores the reserved credits automatically. Credits are units used only within Donatello and cannot be transferred between accounts unless Donatello expressly offers that functionality.

Purchases, cancellations and refunds are also governed by the Refund Policy. A refund reverses the corresponding purchased credits. If refunded credits were already consumed, future purchased credits may first settle that negative purchased balance. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Donatello describes creation as unlimited because it does not set a fixed lifetime, monthly or daily number of creations for a compliant account. Unlimited does not mean instant, concurrent or uninterrupted generation. Relax Mode is subject to queue delay, one-account-per-person rules, reasonable concurrency controls, safety checks, fair use, anti-abuse enforcement and service or provider availability. Donatello may slow, reject or suspend abusive, automated, unsafe or unlawful use without contradicting this unlimited-creation policy.

Eligible users may earn the displayed number of credits through optional surveys. Displayed survey credits are estimates; only a valid server-to-server confirmation creates a reward.

Survey answers must be truthful and completed by the account holder. Automation, false information, duplicate accounts, disposable identities, VPN or proxy abuse, and attempts to alter tracking or rewards are prohibited. A research partner may reject activity after an initial confirmation. Donatello may then reverse the related offer credits. If those offer credits have already been used, future offer rewards first settle the reversed amount; purchased credits are not used for that settlement.

Affiliate program

Donatello's affiliate program is limited to one direct referral level. A referral is attributed when the referred user completes registration within 30 days of clicking a valid referral link. Once attributed, the referral relationship does not expire, provided both accounts remain valid and comply with these Terms. A referral can be attached only when a person creates a new Donatello account. Existing accounts cannot be reassigned. Subject to fraud and eligibility checks, the referring user earns 5% of eligible promotional, offer and purchased credits actually granted to that direct referral after registration. Fractions are accumulated and awarded as whole credits. Relax Mode credits and affiliate rewards are excluded and cannot create a second-level or cascading reward.

Self-referrals, coordinated or duplicate accounts, fabricated traffic, automation and attempts to manipulate attribution or rewards are prohibited. A refund, chargeback, rejected offer or other reversal also reverses the corresponding affiliate reward; if those promotional credits were already used, a promotional credit debt may be recorded. Donatello may withhold or reverse abusive rewards and disable an affiliate link. Affiliate credits are Donatello service units, are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and do not create employment, agency or partnership.

Community Supporter cards for X and Reddit are optional and non-rewarded. Publishing or submitting a post does not grant credits, payment, priority, membership rights or any other account benefit. Suggested wording is editable and must be replaced or corrected whenever it does not reflect the user's honest view. Users must follow the relevant network and community rules, and avoid repetitive or unsolicited promotion. When a user opens a composer and the Donatello tab becomes active again, Donatello records that return and shows the network action only once per account. This return does not prove that a post was published. Donatello does not receive, verify or store the post URL. Suggested wording may be generated when the card is opened and is provided only as an editable starting point; the user remains responsible for making sure the final wording is truthful.

7. Donatello Agent software licence and security

Donatello Agent is licensed, not sold. Subject to the Donatello Agent End User Licence Agreement, Donatello grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use an official copy on devices you control. Donatello retains all rights in its proprietary code, interface, design, documentation and branding. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

Except where applicable mandatory law expressly permits it, you may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, create derivative works from or redistribute Donatello's proprietary components. You may never use a modified client, request, credential or response to evade credits, prices, authentication, billing, signatures, integrity checks, security controls or service limits; extract secrets; obtain resources without the corresponding server-side reservation and settlement; or present an unofficial build as an official Donatello product.

The valid balance, price and usage record are those maintained by Donatello's servers. Changing a local display does not change those records. Donatello may revoke sessions, suspend accounts and pursue available remedies in response to fraud, unauthorised access, redistribution or serious or repeated circumvention. Mandatory rights relating to legitimate backup, observation, study, testing, error correction or interoperability remain available to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Donatello relies on third-party authentication, hosting and AI infrastructure. Their systems and terms may affect availability or permitted uses. Links to external services do not mean that we control or endorse their content.

An external research service supplies optional rewarded surveys. Its eligibility, matching, completion, tracking, fraud-review and availability rules apply when you choose to open a survey. Donatello does not guarantee that a survey will be available, that you will qualify or that a research partner will approve a response.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, suitable, original or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending access

You may stop using Donatello at any time and request account deletion through the address in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service.
