Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to Donatello Studio at donatello.studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Early-access service

Donatello is in early access. Features may be introduced, limited, changed or withdrawn as the product is validated. Image generation is opening progressively; video generation is in development and is not currently available. We do not promise a launch date or uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person may not create accounts to bypass limits or enforcement.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Donatello to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• create or distribute exploitative, abusive, deceptive or non-consensual content;
• impersonate others or mislead people about AI content;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security, access controls or usage limits; or
• upload material you do not have the right to process through the service.

We may remove content, restrict generation or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or legal compliance.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in prompts and input materials. To operate the service, you grant Donatello a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that material solely to provide, secure and improve the requested functionality.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated output. AI output can be similar to content produced for others, may contain errors and may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring your intended use is lawful.

6. Credits, prices and paid features

Creating an account is currently free. Generation allowances, credits and any paid options will be displayed before they apply. No page describing planned functionality creates a promise of free unlimited generation.

7. Third-party services

Donatello relies on third-party authentication, hosting and AI infrastructure. Their systems and terms may affect availability or permitted uses. Links to external services do not mean that we control or endorse their content.

8. Disclaimers and liability

During early access, the service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, suitable, original or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Ending access

You may stop using Donatello at any time and request account deletion through the address in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be identified on this page. Questions can be sent to support@donatello.studio. Mandatory rights and the laws applicable to you as a consumer continue to apply.
