Refund Policy

1. Merchant of record
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid Donatello features. Dodo handles checkout, taxes, receipts, invoices and approved refunds. Contact support@donatello.studio with the account email and payment or invoice identifier; never email a full card number.
2. Prepaid credit packs
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Unused packs are eligible for a full refund. If some purchased credits have already been consumed, any approved refund may be reduced proportionally to the unused amount. Duplicate charges, an incorrect product or a verified technical failure are reviewed promptly. Credits removed by a refund cannot be used again; if they were already spent, the account may show a purchased-credit debt until it is settled.
3. Automatic refills
Each automatic refill is a separate credit-pack purchase and is covered by the same rules above. You can disable automatic refill at any time from Pricing; disabling stops new refills but does not cancel a payment already confirmed or being processed. Duplicate or incorrect refills and verified technical failures are reviewed promptly, without limiting any right required by applicable law.
4. Timing and mandatory rights
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank or card-network processing time can vary. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any remedy that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
