Donatello is an English-language, browser-based AI creative product with focused image, video, music and voice generators. It provides free access through unlimited lower-priority Relax Mode, optional normal-priority credits and commercial output use under the Terms.

Free access with unlimited Relax Mode. No subscription required. Optional prepaid credits and automatic refill are available. Every new account can unlock 100 free welcome credits by opening Earn Free Credits and completing the short introduction. Normal-priority credits can also be earned through optional free activities. If an eligible user has insufficient credits and no activity is available for that country and device, Relax Mode may accept the creation at no charge with lower-priority processing. Users may also buy 2,500 credits for $5 USD, 5,000 credits for $10 USD, or activate automatic refill from 1,000 credits for $2 USD. Existing credits are always spent first; when the balance falls below the chosen threshold, Donatello adds the chosen pack after Dodo confirms its payment.

Yes. Unlimited means Donatello imposes no fixed lifetime, monthly or daily number of creations on a compliant account. Credits provide normal-priority processing; Relax Mode keeps creation available without payment when the user cannot earn credits because no free activity is available. Relax jobs can wait substantially longer and remain subject to one-account-per-person rules, concurrency controls, safety checks, fair use, anti-abuse enforcement and provider or service availability. Unlimited does not mean instant or uninterrupted processing.

Yes. The current Donatello Image, Motion, Music and Voice production routes permit users to use and monetize their outputs commercially, including client work, advertising, websites, products and monetized content. This permission covers the generated output, not third-party material: you must own or have permission for every input, trademark, person, likeness and voice. Commercial permission does not guarantee copyright eligibility, exclusivity or non-infringement, and it does not include using outputs to train another AI model unless Donatello expressly confirms that separate right.

Yes. Donatello Image v1 creates images. Donatello video supports Fast and Quality from text or keyframes. Fast supports 1–10 seconds at 10 credits per requested second. Quality supports 4, 6 or 8 seconds at 100 credits per requested second and is shown only while its production route is available. A starting image sets the output shape, while the prompt directs the movement and intended ending.

Yes. Donatello Music creates complete vocal songs or instrumentals from a prompt, with optional lyrics and automatic duration. Donatello Voice creates text-to-speech, private synthetic voice designs and multi-speaker dialogue. Creating new voice clones and instant references is temporarily paused; existing private voices remain available only to their account owner.

Donatello offers Donatello Image v1. It produces one output and supports controlled aspect-ratio presets plus up to four visual references.

Donatello converts the exact rendering cost into whole credits, with a minimum charge of one and a current maximum reservation of eight credits. References can change the rendering cost; the exact successful charge is rounded to a whole credit and any unused reservation is returned automatically.

Donatello reserves the maximum displayed amount when a request is accepted. A successful image consumes only its exact whole-credit price and returns the rest; a final technical failure restores the entire reservation automatically.

Generated images, videos, songs and voice audio, uploaded references and other creative files are automatically removed from Donatello storage after 72 hours. Users should download anything they want to keep. Lightweight creation metadata may remain in My creations after the file expires.
