When this workflow fits
Short fables, friendly adventures and illustrated explainers. Start with a small cast and one clear problem to solve. The standard workflow composes generated still images with camera moves and transitions; it is not a promise of continuous character action.
Create recognisable characters
Keep clothing, colours and distinguishing features specific. Check the character reference before generating scenes; it guides recurring appearances but cannot guarantee every detail.
Review action and continuity
Check that each still image matches its narration: who is present, what they hold and where they stand. Regenerate or edit a scene prompt when an important event is missing.
Choose the performance
Select a narrator, subtitle appearance and optional music. Camera moves and transitions animate the presentation of still artwork; they are not full-body character acting.
From illustrated scenes to optional motion
Optionally animate selected scenes or all eligible scenes with Fast (480p) or Quality (720p) five-second silent clips, in 16:9 or 9:16. Motion is slowed to fit longer narration; this is not continuous character animation or lip-sync. Comic and square scenes are not supported by scene animation. Both public animation options support eligible Relax Mode with the same configured wait and lower priority as other Relax operations, without spending account credits.
The recorded example above documents its original workflow. A newly available feature does not retroactively change how an earlier demonstration was made.
Access, exports and commercial use
Free welcome or earned credits; automatic lower-priority Relax when credits are exhausted and no surveys are available, subject to eligibility, fair use and free capacity. Optional paid credits provide faster processing. No subscription is required. No saved-project or lifetime generation quota. Each operation joins the normal lower-priority Relax queue. Media within the same admitted operation share its initial wait, then process sequentially with fresh capacity and daily-budget checks. Separate operations and regenerations have their own admission and wait. Completion time varies; long projects can take days.
Request up to 20 minutes at 720p in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1. A short demonstration does not validate that maximum duration. Download MP4 or project assets before their storage window expires.

Is this a fully animated cartoon movie?
The demonstrated public workflow uses generated still scenes, camera movement and transitions. It does not promise continuous character animation or lip-sync. Watch the original demo to judge the actual movement.
Can I keep a character consistent?
Use character references and repeat important visual details. Review faces, clothing and props scene by scene; visual continuity is not guaranteed.
Can I use famous cartoon characters?
The workflow works with original characters. A style preset does not grant permission to use someone else’s protected characters, logos or assets.
