# How unlimited Relax Mode and Donatello credits work

Unlimited should describe a real access policy, not pretend that computing capacity is infinite. Donatello separates normal-priority credits from a lower-priority continuity path so a compliant user is not given a fixed daily, monthly or lifetime creation quota.

## Three access paths, one creation account

Every creation uses the same generators and private creation history. What changes is how a request enters the queue: earned or welcome credits, optional purchased credits, or Relax Mode when its continuity conditions are met.

## When Relax Mode is available

Relax Mode is the fallback for an eligible, compliant account with insufficient credits when no free activity is available for that country and device. It accepts a creation without charging credits and places it into a lower-priority queue.

The queue can move slowly because paid and earned-credit work receives normal priority. Capacity, provider availability and safety checks can also delay or prevent an individual request. The mode is continuity access, not a promise of instant rendering.

## What unlimited means — and what it does not

Donatello imposes no fixed lifetime, monthly or daily number of creations on a compliant account. That is the precise meaning of unlimited used on this website.

- It does not mean unlimited simultaneous jobs.
- It does not remove safety, fair-use or anti-abuse controls.
- It does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party infrastructure.
- It does not make every request eligible for normal-priority processing.
- One person may not create multiple accounts to bypass controls.

## Why credits and free access can coexist

Credits create a predictable normal-priority queue and translate provider cost into visible whole units. Free activities can fund normal-priority credits without requiring payment. Optional packs let users choose speed and certainty without turning the account into a subscription.

Relax Mode absorbs eligible overflow at lower priority. This design preserves a genuine no-payment route while preventing the promise of unlimited access from becoming a promise of infinite immediate compute.
